Also ther is no key money due. Other lease specifics are available upon request. Monthly rent is only 10,000 baht per month. The go go bar seats 47 inside comfortably. We also feature an outdoor beer bar that seats 18 on a raised decking with it own full service bar. Everything you see or are described in this web site is included in the price. If a Go Go bar is not what you had in mind, remove the center stage and the space lends it self equally as well for conversion to a pub or restaurant, just to name a few. |

As you can clearly see the club is entirely stainless steel, granite, glass, mirrors and tiles. Even the tables are stainless. This means low maintenance and high visual value. The only paint is on the ceiling. |

All glassware, ice buckets, cutting boards, knives, hot pot, ice cooler and scoops, etc. are included. As well as all opened liquor bottles. |
